Our objective is to ensure your complete contentment with your purchase from us. In case of any discontent with our products or with shipping or you can contact us through our contact page. Please contact us first before seeking to refund/return your order from your payment processor.
If the items you receive are faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. For verification, we usually require some form of evidence (e.g. serial no., batch no., lot no., photos). In some cases we may request that you return the faulty components to us. Upon receipt of sufficient evidence, we will ship replacements to you at no extra charge.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are normally only applicable if the subsequent shipped replacement order does not reach the buyer.
If the customer gives an invalid or erroneous address, there would be no refunds.
